Bentonite

The cover and bearing layer consists of HDPE polyethylene sheet, on which sodium bentonite is laid. If the cover layer is damaged and water starts leaking, the sodium bentonite will start to react ( swell ), filling the gap at the point of leakage. The critical point is then sealed by the pressure developed.

Heat insulation of pipework and tanks

The structural parts of the heat insulation of pipework and tanks are produced by two following methods: cutting from blocks; and injecting into caves.
