Metalworking
The offer of our own technologies is supplemented with activities – water-jet cutting of various materials ( steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, duralumin, marble ), galvanizing ( zinc, chromium, tin, nickel and copper plating, alkaline blackening, electrochemical polishing of stainless steel ).
Custom-made metal manufacturing
We are the biggest IKEA Companies Suppliers throughout Central Europe. We have a long year experience in the field of custom-made metal manufacture, even with subdeliveries for automotive industry.
Fence panel systems
We realize fence panel systems including measurement at the customer site, fencing supplies, construction work and assembly. The supply of sliding or one-leaf or double-leaf gates made to measure can be taken for granted. Fence panel systems are made of a crimped, pressed and one-way pressed wire mesh.
CNC cutting
Machines for CNC cutting and their structure: substructure – welded body with a tray for cutting coolant drain and swarf removal to conveyor belt, top structure which prevents splashing of cutting coolant, Siemens control system, a turntable, working units, accessory equipment – cooling system and conveyer for swarf removal.
Melting
We use the following tools to ensure quality, not only in the course of melting process: Brinell EMCOTEST automatic measurement of hardness, spectrometer installed right beside the melting furnaces, HECKERT EDZ 20 tensile machine, ARL 3460 quantometer, NEOPHOT 2 microscope, sonotest.
Cast iron
Cast iron – two thirds of production are exported, Italy and Germany are the predominant markets. Electrolux, Bondioli, Bonfiglioli & Ocap are the most important foreign customers, Elektroporcelán Louny, MOTOCO and Agrostroj Pelhrimov are the major Czech subscribers.
Ductile cast iron
Ductile cast iron is used for extremely difficult castings, subjected to strain and dynamic load, safety elements of various machines. Excellent mechanical properties, economical manufacturing and good machining property are the main reasons of such a large scale application of ductile cast iron in industry.
Foundry plants
The pressure die cast foundry follows on the tradition of pressure die casting of zinc and aluminium alloys for manufacturing carburettors, combustion engines and components of pneumatic brake systems. Today, the company ranks among the best technically and technologically equipped foundry plants in the Czech Republic.
Drum mowers
Drum mowers are popular mainly because of their simple operation, minimal servicing requirements and high performance at mowing every kind of grass, even overgrown. A handlebar is height-adjustable which makes it easy to adapt a mower for height of a person who works with it. The BLANICE mower has a switch on/switch-of rotor gearing for long transfer from one piece of land to another.
Lawn mowers
Short grass mowers are equipped with textile collecting bag, which is air-permeable, so that it can be filled up to the brim and does not need emptying too often. Precise workmanship and ball bearings of the wheels are the great advantages of these mowers. Spare part catalogues are available for all types of mowers.
Garden mowers
Many models have a central cutting height set-up and the top model is equipped with a three-speed transmission of travelling speed and an engine of 6 HP power. Electric mowers LTS E32, LTS E38, LTS E42. Mowers with petrol engine LTS 440, LTS 448, LTS 448S HP5, LTS 448 SA, LTS 450 SA, LTS 453 SA.
Mulching mowers
ROBUS system adapters significantly increase the mower value and enable performing many other works with just one engine. By simply detaching the engine from mower and combining it with a rotary plough or rotary low-grass mower we obtain a fully-fledged machine, powered by the high-efficiency engine – the mulching mower.
Aluminium alloys
Our products of aluminium alloy: cylinder of combustion engine for garden machinery, cover of engine for garden machinery, body of gearbox for wipers, window control device for passenger cars, outer rear mirrors, belt tighteners, pulley holder, cover of oil lubrication system of engine, window opening control device.
Zinc alloys
Our products from zinc alloy: gas mixing box, car door locks, wiper arm bushing, window opening pin, boot lock for passenger cars, outer rear mirrors, window control devices for passenger cars. All the zinc alloy products can be found in the photo-gallery on our web pages.
Mountfield mowers
We are exclusive producers of mowers under the brand Mountfield. We produce the following types of Mountfield mowers: rotary, string, spindle, drum and mulching.
Grey iron castings
Grey cast iron ( GCI ) is a multi-component alloy of iron and carbon, silicium, manganese, phosphorus, sulphur and other elements. Its merits are good fluidity, ability to flow in even if the mould is complex, relatively low casting temperature and good corrosion resistance.
Pressure die casting moulds
Moulds for aluminium and zinc alloys die casting and trimming tools are on the production programme, above all. Our principles are: materials for liners by Thyssen and Udelholm companies, organisation of work and order tracking, mould working life, communication with a customer.
Castings
Gray and ductile cast iron – optimum weight of a casting is 0,5 - 20 kg, maximum size of a casting is limited by the dimensions of the moulds, casting batch is not limited. Casting materials: : EN GJL 150, EN GJL 200, EN GJL 250, EN GJL 300, EN GJS 400-12, EN GJS 500-7, EN GJS 600-3, EN GJS 700-2.
Sheet processing
In the field of sheet working we provide laser cutting, bending, cutting, welding, grinding, coating ( co-operation ) and mechanical sheet mounting.
Steel halls
All services are specifically customised so that a hall/halls will fully meet the customer needs. We manufacture the following types of the steel halls: type A, type U, type S, type O, type DA-Q, type DA-S, type DA-P, and steel halls of type VS.
