Cast-iron grids
We produce cast-iron grids from diameters 100/50cm up to 300/150cm, furthermore square from 100/100cm up to 320cm and according to the requirements of the investor. Surface treatment according to the order.
Tension springs
Tension springs are helical cylindrical spring with approximately constant stiffness. Cold formed tension springs are preferably produced with prestressing, i.e. with active coils attached to each other. It is also possible to use tension springs without prestressing with clearance between the active coils.
External fixators
UNI-fix modular external fixators work based on a telescopic body and replaceable head, and are suitable even for less experienced surgeons. Hybrid external fixators with a titanium ring. MP-fix are used for fractures of metacarpus or phalanx.

Hot rolled rings can be supplied as rolled semi-finished products for further machining or as finished sprung or processed products. At present , the company produces hot rolled rings approximately in 160 different types. They are used as parts of the friction springs.

The foundry patterns and resin pattern units are proof of wear and tear, hard, well castable, and have good heat conductivity.
Centrifugally cast tubes
Centrifugally cast tubes are delivered primarily to rolling furnace plants for heat processing and as cylindrical semi-finished products for machine components. We produce centrifugally cast tubes and other products manufactured using centrifugal casting in 37 graduated sizes in lengths according to customer requirements.

CNC metalworking
CNC metalworking is done on modern CNC machines - MoriSeiki NL 1500 SY, MAS-MCV, DMG-NEF, Wenzel LH in the manufacture of parts for the aviation, telecommunications, medical, automotive, train and other engineering industries. Machining is CNC type and conventional, serial and piece.
Guide rails

Springs for production of mattresses and upholstered furniture
Undulating springs are in versions: flat, straight with a slight bend, circular cut to required dimensions. Packed in bundles up to 25 pieces. Spring frames can be delivered optionally with no perimeter frame or one or two perimeter frames. Pocket springs - a modern supporting solution to comfortable mattresses design.
Outlet equipment
We have executed equipment of several dozens of outlets in the Czech Republic as well as abroad since 1997. The racks and rack systems make a solid base of our outlet equipment program, followed by another accessories. The company offers not only safety locks but also other safety products for windows or doors such as hopper arms with possibility of adjustment of position, lockable window cross bars designed to fix wings with a possibility of securing the wing in several positions, safety backstop to fix doors or gates.
