The magnetic fixtures may include burden solenoids as well, designed as permanent and handle operated fixtures as well battery operated fixtures for higher weights, up to 5 tonnes. When using magnetic fixtures, there may be a need to use a demagnetiser to demagnetise a workpiece, tool etc.
