The metal coating by powder varnishing is made by the latest technology with use of a long year experience with subdeliveries for automotive industry.
Trolley tracks
For manual trolley tracks there are 4 size lines of C-profiles for loading from 200 kg to 800 kg with a temperature limit to 220°C available.
Sheet metal folding
Sheet metal folding machines TRUMABEND dispose of pressing power 50 - 230 tons. Maximal length of folding is 3000mm.
Annealing
We offer complex services in heat treatment of metals, preheating and annealing. Sale of mobile devices, stationary and mobile furnaces ISO:9000.
Steel pickling
We carry all permits, approvals, certificates and authorizations. Steel pickling is done either in our shop, at clients premises or on-site.
Metalworking
We provide the engineering work: machining, turning, drilling, CNC turning, milling, grinding, CNC milling, design work, material cutting on a band saw, making grooves into the hubs, drilling of calibrated holes, production of preparations and single-purpose devices.
Surface treatment of metals
Surface treatment of metals, anti-corrosive surface treatment of metals, DELTA MKS, coating, bolts, screws, springs, washers, holders, cases and more. Surface protection of supplied components by the system DELTA-MKS is performed serially by SVUM-CZ, s.r.o. according to the license from the company Dörken MKS-Systeme (Germany) in our workplace in Cologne.
Section bending
We perform accurate cool space bending and rolling with a new generation machine – CNC pipe bender Bema Rekord 100 CNC full electric.
Floor grilles
The floor grilles have a common use. The floor grilles may be used either in industrial and energetic works or especially in the architecture.
Welding lasers
We offer welding lasers Fiber FlexX - laser can be built into the machine and production line, Ultra Flexx - mobile laser welding flexible arm.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving – when using a laser as an engraving instrument the material of semi-finished or finished product is machined by a touchless way.
