Mustard seed is used mainly for the pickles preservation, vegetables or mushrooms preservation, to sausage spice and fish marinades. Mustard seed promotes blood circulation in a digestive tract and thereby accelerates digestion and metabolism. It is recommended in poor bowel function and low production of bile.
