Plastic fence poles
Plastic fence poles can be easily cut, drilled, connected by screws and worked by common tools for metal or possibly for wood. When using them it is appropriate to comply with the recommended principles of work. Plastic fence poles are standardly supplied in a gray colour.
Contactless cards
The contactless cards are available with various chip technologies: Mifare, Hitag, Legic, EM4102 ( Unique ), EM4450, Temic 5557.
Pressing shop of plastic materials
The pressing shop of plastic materials has a three-shift operation. Sophisticated plastic parts are pressed and assembled here, largely for inside car furnishing. Outside the automotive industry items, the pressing shop of plastic materials also produces plastic products for national market ( food storing containers, crates, toys etc. ).
Technical presswork
Technical presswork for various uses: toy parts, vacuum parts, garden technology and equipment parts, traffic signs, children car seats, water containers, automotive parts ( air ducts, air distribution ).
Drinking straws
We may supply the drinking straws including tri-coloured, transparent, and marbled drinking straws in varied colours as well as drinking straws of diameter 6 mm, so-called cocktail straws 210 mm long with interesting evening type design suitable for bars and parties.
Packaging for food industry
The range of packaging for the food industry includes primarily crates for meat, poultry crates, crates for fruit and vegetables and bakery crates. Other packaging for the food industry: hygienic plastic pallets, carts under crates, large boxes and big-boxes.
Plastic furniture profiles
Our key products, the plastic furniture profiles, include the following: furniture coupling profiles, sun-blinds, file ledger, and rollers.
Clipbands
Clipbands are standardly produced in white, yellow, blue, green and red colour, other different colours including gold and metalic colours after agreement. Clipbands are wound on a paper tube in lengths 600 m - types 735 / 6 and 800 / 6, 500 m - types 800 / 7 and 800 / 8, package of 5 coils, 24 packages on a pallet.
Plastic presswork
The plastic presswork is produced for electric engineering, automotive, and food processing industries. The plastic presswork injection forms are securely maintained.
Plaster profiles
Plaster profiles. Profiles for heat cladding are used as cleaning and stop sections in heat insulation and binding systems. Plaster profiles protect all corners and edges from mechanic damage. Sheeting sections are used for tiles and paving stop and dilatation.
Mechanical sprayer
We supply the mechanical sprayers in a colour design as required by customers. The mechanical sprayers can be supplied including both plastic and glass bottles.
Plastic mouldings
We produce lids, large-surface plastic parts, plastic moulds for sales promotion, parts for automotive industry.
Plastic cards
Our offer includes „non-intelligence“ plastic cards ( visit cards, VIP cards, and discount cards ) as well as „intelligence“ plastic cards: plastic cards incl. bar code and magnetic strips ( LoCo, HiCo ), plastic cards with chip modules ).
Plastic cards
All plastic cards can be printed by offset, sublimation print or retransfer print. Retransfer print is suitable for small-edition prints and especially for print of identification chip cards. We number the plastic cards, print bar codes and photos, code the magnetic stripe.
Production of plastics and moulds
Plastic production: cascade injection moulding, and nitrogen injection. Assembly: UV/hot plate welding, printing, and hand/machine completion of plastics.
Plastic crumb
Plastic crumb is purchased for purpose of recycling. All redundant raw materials that are offered must be marked and sorted. Materials must be dry and clean.
