Placing options: standalone, by the wall, corner placing. A mobile office meets the requirements for sound insulation of office rooms. Placing into industrial halls are supplied in any size according to customer\'s wish. Easy mobility and change of the layout without the necessity of higher costs.
Steel Structure
After signing of the contract we deliver complete drawing documentation for the whole steel structure, we will deliver and assemble ready-made steel structure. We are flexible and we accommodate any client needs and produce a structure according his requirements. Our company is active throughout whole Czech Republic.
Steel halls
All services are specifically customised so that a hall/halls will fully meet the customer needs. We manufacture the following types of the steel halls: type A, type U, type S, type O, type DA-Q, type DA-S, type DA-P, and steel halls of type VS. Just a short consultation, and the most convenient hall for you can be selected.
Welded steel structures
The welded steel structures are made mainly upon customer documents. We make dressed welded steel structures up to 80 tonnes.
Roof truss structures
We produce custom-made roof truss structures on precise machinery in required quality and for reasonable prices.
Glass melting tanks
We supply custom glass melting tanks. We perform servicing of glass melting tanks as well. The advanced glass melting tanks are heated by gas or power. Our glass melting tanks have a long-term tradition.
Welded constructions
The production program also includes welded constructions, manufacture of excavator buckets, arms, tool carriers and other components for construction and agricultural technology, metalworking and custom welding, and assembly of structural units. We work with a number of subcontractors. Custom production of welded constructions.
Welded steel structures
We produce building welded steel structures for petrol stations roofing, special steel structures for halls. Technological steel structures for crane components, for construction machines, for environmental and energy facilities. Manufacture of component of machine parts from steel S235JRGH, S355J2G3 and P265GH.
Prefabricated steel halls
Prefabricated steel hall frame is made of high strength steel. Prefabricated steel halls are optimal from the economic and aesthetic view. Time and financial minimization during the design, manufacture and construction of prefabricated steel halls in standard dimensions, customized appearance and size of the hall.
Steel constructions
Steel constructions – they are mainly framed types of constructions supplemented by the METSEC purline system. For jacketing we use composite boards from renowned producers. Steel constructions are always lacquered 1x with a base lacquer and 1x with a top lacquer in production and then it is re-painted after the assembly on site.
Welded constructions
Based on customer requirements it is possible to process drawing documentation for steel welded constructions, aluminium constructions and stainless steel constructions. We perform TIG, MIG welding.
