Headrests
Our goal is a faultless product produced from a faultless material, thus we verify the quality of the input material in our internal laboratory. At customer’s wish we decorate headrests by the embroidered logo. Production capacities of Sněžka Náchod v.d. reach 60,000 pieces of tailored products per day. This is manual work.
Single-purpose machines
We develop and produce special single-purpose machines and equipment for various applications, such as bulk winding and unwinding equipment for production lines of tyre cords, special welding machines for the manufacture of wire metal fabrics, various handling lines and others.
Quilted blankets
The quilted blankets are accompanied with pillows and pads. Composition and maintenance: Surface: a fabric made of micro-fibres improved by Aloe Vera. Filler: 100% PES fibre. The quilted blanket should be washed under a temperature of 60°C. The quilted blankets included in this line have the first-rate quality.
Protective working clothes
Protective working clothes for any specialised profession: fireproof, antistatic, water repellent, or dust-proof clothes. Cut-proof, chemical and other gloves. The footwear with steel tips, steel blade, oil-proof. We offer tailor-made sewn protective working clothes upon customer demand including printing.
Baseball caps
Baseball cap machine embroidery, screen-printing, embroidery as well as badges are a matter of fact.
Ribbons
Elasta-Vestil s.r.o. produces and exports elastic and non-elastic ribbons to many EU countries, Russia and Iceland. We also supply a wide range of inland customers. We also produce small orders from 1 000 m /kind. We provide technical consultancy free of charge. We offer stock purchase to smaller customers.
